The Iowa Real Estate School participates in on-going evaluations by the Iowa Real Estate Commission (IREC) and coursework has fulfilled the comprehensive evaluation for issuance of continuing education units (CEU).


In July 2021, the Iowa Real Estate School’s Mandatory Ethics course was submitted to Des Moines Area Association of Realtors, Northeast Iowa Regional Board of Realtors, Quad City Area REALTORS® for approval of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) specific credential. This acceptance makes certain that Agents who are members of the corresponding Boards meet the requirement.
